My First Stitch Fix

I know what you’re thinking…another blogger writing a review of their Stitch Fix? But yeah, I’m totally doing that.

I’m usually all about some carry-out and a movie at home or Buffalo Wild Wings and some stretchy pants while watching our teams on the big-screen, but sometimes it’s nice to have a scheduled, “dressier than usual” night out. Don’t get me wrong, I like being in my sweatpants or pajamas way more often than dressing up and going out, but it is nice to occasionally have a special date night that involves more than our town’s only steakhouse-like restaurant.
So what better time than Valentine’s Day for a new date night outfit?

Are you a fashion rule follower or do you live to break the rules? When it comes to rules in life, I’m totally a goody two shoes and follow them to the T, but that rule about not wearing white after Labor Day? Pssshhh, give me all the white and cream!

If part of your 2019 goals is starting a workout plan, working out more, or continuing your great fitness habits (go you!), then now is a great time to bulk up – pun intended – your athletic wear!

I for real cannot believe that Thursday is Thanksgiving. September seemed to last for two years, but October and November have absolutely flown by!

Leopard never seems to go out of style. But this year, if you’ve been scrolling through Instagram or even making your way through different clothing sites online, you can see that leopard is EVERYWHERE. And I don’t mind a bit! Continue reading

I know this post doesn’t go with the season, but it’s still in the 90s in our part of North Carolina (get it together, October!). And then I got hooked… Continue reading

While playing along with the #wearwhatwhereseptember stylechallenge on Instagram (which is so much fun – you should definitely join in!), I posted a picture of a plaid dress (below) and received some questions about where I found it.
Unfortunately, I bought the dress several years ago from Old Navy, but today I’m providing links to several plaid dresses from Old Navy and Red Dress Boutique that are available now and are all under $50! Happy shopping and enjoy your long weekend!
Top Row: Old Navy Plaid Shirtdress / Old Navy Plaid Shirt Dress / Old Navy Cami Dress
Bottom all from Red Dress Boutique: Fall Delight Dress / Frolic in the Frost Tunic / Always Have, Always Will Plaid Dress
While waiting on some cooler weather, I’m providing a brief round-up of a few summer outfits.
