Meal Kit Delivery Review – Sunbasket

Today is round three of our meal kit delivery review series! Today’s review is of Sunbasket. Sunbasket’s boast is that they’re a healthy meal delivery service using organic produce and high-quality ingredients. As you look through the menu, you can find meals that are paleo, vegetarian, “lean and clean,” gluten-free, carb-conscious, diabetes-friendly, and fresh and ready (which means all the prep work has been done for you and you just have to throw it in the oven).

Meal Kit Delivery Review – HomeChef

I haven’t eaten inside a restaurant since March 13, 2020. Sure, we’ve gotten take-out, but the limited travel means that we’re stuck with what’s in our tiny town…and that’s not much. I don’t know if it was a combination of the pandemic and the winter weather getting to me, but I got to the point where I HATED even thinking about what we would have for lunch or dinner. Sometimes it feels like adulthood is just going to work, paying bills, and thinking about what you’ll make and serve for dinner.

Quarantine Baking – 4 Tasty Dishes

Oh, the dreaded Monday. Back in the spring when we were all doing virtual teaching, Monday didn’t feel quite so scary because it didn’t quite feel like I was actually going to work. London – Day 3 (post-Harry Potter)

Happy Friday, y’all! It’s already been over a month since we came back from London, and watching Wimbledon is giving me major FOMO that we weren’t able to make it there for a tour of the grounds. I’ve had several people comment on early London posts that they couldn’t believe how hard we hustle on our vacations, so considering how much we were able to do, I’m glad we were able to fit in so much!

And missing things just means that we have to go back, right?? 🙂

Touring London- Day 2

After a good, but hot, night’s sleep (we had the a/c cranked as hard as it would go, and I still woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat), we got up early to start the day’s events! I was excited for everything that was in store, but the day didn’t quite end up the way I planned…
